Sales Agreement/Deposit Placement Request
Pups are $1,000.00 + shipping (if necessary). A $300.00 deposit is required in order to hold a
Pick. With certain breedings, male pups will be sold with 2 stud services back to King’s Hollow
American Bulldogs. All arrangements and/or costs will be taken care of by King’s Hollow..
All our breeding stock will always be Penn-HIP certified (better than the breeds median). Pups are sold on a first come first serve basis with no extra cost for first pick male or female. All pups will be thoroughly socialized from day one, and registered by the Animal Research Foundation (ARF), NKC or both. We guarantee all our dogs from genetic defects with a replacement pup from any or our next planned breedings (buyers choice). We guarantee that the hips of the dogs we produce will be free of DJD, score at , or better than The Penn-HIP median. This guarantee is for 2 years or until bred.
1. The balance of puppy purchase will be due when the pups are 6 weeks of age.
2. Puppy will arrive healthy, well-socialized, with all health records and registration papers.
Puppies that are shipped will have a complete veterinary examination and guaranteed
for 14 days against contagious or infectious disease from the date of purchase.
3. Puppies must be examined by your veterinarian within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied,
return the puppy and receive a replacement puppy of equal or greater value. Seller will
not be responsible for veterinary bills occurred after 48 hours.
4. We guarantee puppy to be free of congenital defects for two (2) years. If puppy is
Diagnosed with a congenital defect, it will be replaced.
5. If the animal is cared for in any way which would be detrimental to its health and well
well-being, seller has the right to reclaim the animal at the expense of the buyer. Legal
action will incur if necessary.
6. Deposits are a commitment to hold a puppy for you, and are non-refundable. Buyers can
Move a deposit to a different litter if it becomes necessary. However, if no pups are
produced in a litter on which a deposit has been placed, King’s Hollow American Bulldogs
will refund deposits, or place them on another breeding.
